Who rewards themselves, for getting their housework chores done, with a well-deserved uninterrupted hour of weeding?
That'd be me.
A warm day, a light breeze, a rain shower this morning, still I'm picking peppers and tomatoes here in mid-October, putting up another two quarts of Fire Hot Pepper Sauce which always makes me happy.
Shatter and the Chihuahua cat, Riley, keeping me company while I harvest.
Yolie and Jesse went to town to get a dress for Tabby for Daniel's wedding. I'd tried, but had predictably nutted up at the prices even at Target last week. Yolie didn't do any better price wise, but she saved me the disheartening experience of shopping. I don't mind paying her back for the dress, it's now twice as valuable since I got to stay outside and work.
I'd screamed aloud at a tank top I'd needed. Dang if it wasn't $13.00 For an undershirt? I don't think so. I'm just gonna borrow one from Sabrina I suppose.
Tabby'd gone to school sad that our four day Fall Break was over, tearful and whining. She usually loves school but she knew Hazel got to sleep late at Bita's, hopefully this prissy dress should cheer her up.
Even my dogs drag around when the kids are gone.
