Little Bit Of Trash
And Oh My! A major career night for Chipper Jones - and Daniel and Megan were there to witness it.
“I know he’s real because I’ve touched him,” said manager Fredi Gonzalez, whose Braves (69-49) moved to a season-high 20 games over .500. “But some of the stuff he’s done is incredible. Bobblehead night, two home runs, 2,700 hits on a home run … and doing that at age 40. And he’s having fun doing it.”
Babysitting four grandkids yesterday, cooking a big ole dinner where Grandma, Yolie and her kids joined us, maybe the day's main highlight came for me when our Thursday trash pickup load was only half full.
Most ladies don't become this happy over that tally, but it indicates the immense amount we're now recycling, or at least pre-cycling, in that we don't buy the over packaged crap in the first place.
And I think this is gonna be it for this morning's post. It truly has been that uneventful and a boring life is my main goal nowadays.
Off to buy groceries for the weekend.
