Looks like we dodged the frost bullet. Even the eggplants survived. Seriously, I stood out there in the garden last night praying over my plants. Should I file this under get a life?

So glad your plants survived. It's heart-breaking when you've worked so hard and you don't get to eat the results.
heh. We had the fireplace going here in Kansas yesterday. It is just wrong when your brain and body (and plants) have decided that it is spring and then cold comes back!
Actually Adele now I have noticed about a dozen eggplant plants have collapsed from two cold nights. I did however, stash another dozen in the greenhouse to replace them. For once, being behind paid off.
B.A. OUCH to the cold. I just saw on Twitter that it snowed last night in MN. That would've sent me over the edge.
